I worked with Pete from Driftwood Music to sell some guitars and amplifiers before I moved out of state. Pete was extremely helpful and a great person to work with. He gave me fair prices on the equipment and was able to find buyers for the the guitars and amps I brought in. It is not often that I leave reviews or comments on companies or shops, but Pete and the staff of Driftwood Music was one of the most friendly, knowledgeable, and honest group of folks I have worked with in a long time. From start to finish, the experience with Driftwood Music was very impressive. It is rare to see such great customer service and I cannot say enough about the friendly and professional treatment I received throughout the entire process. I also had several guitars that I decided to keep and have shipped across the country. The care taken in packing the equipment was absolutely remarkable. Everything about Driftwood was impressive and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase used equipment, sell equipment, have something repaired, or to have equipment shipped.

Pete and the crew at Driftwood did an absolutely amazing job restoring the bridge on my old acoustic guitar. These guys are the best luthiers in town.

Sold my guitar here. I was happy with the price and enjoyed looking around the shop and test driving various vintage instruments. Good conversation with the staff too. All around great experience.

Wow what can say..... Pete and his staff know their stuff when it comes to vintage instruments. Took in my 1982 Ibanez Roadstar II Deluxe and they brought it back to life. It plays like butter and shreds like a Stihl chain saw. Thanks for putting a smile on my face. Stop by for a minute and an hour later you'll be wandering what happened to the time. Totally cool laid back décor. Enjoy

Pete and Pete are two amazing guys who know everything and more about guitars! I recently bought an acoustic Buncher Church model and I can’t put the guitar down! It looks beautiful and sounds better than I could’ve ever imagined. Pete really outdid himself. When looking back at previous guitars I’ve played and owned, this Buncher was both brighter and warmer in tone compared to everything, it’s sounds very clear and boy does it resonate! The depth in sound he put in this guitar is indescribable, if you go into the shop and play one and you’ll know exactly what I mean. Throughout the whole process Pete was so kind and caring, each aspect of the guitar built with precision, close attention to detail and the coolest part is Pete let me be apart of the process in a unique way that makes the guitar unique and special to me, and each guitar to each of his customers. I couldn’t recommend Driftwood Music and Buncher Guitars enough. These guys are some of the best in the business!!

I came in Friday and felt lucky to find such an amazing place. It felt like a cross between a repair shop, woodworking shop, museum, and a coffe shop (a la Friends). Everyone was friendly though I didn't know a soul in the house. Being an absolute beginner (less then a month into my guitar journey) I found the experience tremendously educational and a great time Thank you! (COVID NOTE: Everyone wore masks and occupancy limits were observed)

Cool little shop in Saint Charles. They've got high quality techs, nice old 1960's Vox AC30s, and a good vibe.
